Refund policy

Effective Date: 1st May 2026

At Blanksy, we aim to ensure every order reaches you in the best condition. Since we operate in limited batches and curated drops, our return and refund process is designed to be fair for both customers and the brand.

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable if:
  • You receive a damaged / defective product
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is cancelled by Blanksy before dispatch
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds / returns are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Style / color preference
• Orders placed during sale or promotional events
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Return Shipping

• For defective / wrong products: return shipping is covered by us.
• For size exchanges: customers may be required to bear return shipping costs.

Quality Check

All returned items undergo quality inspection. Items that are used, washed, altered, or missing tags may be rejected.
